Where necessary, we may collect sensitive information from yourself regarding you health, where relevant to estate planning or a legal matter that we are providing you service for. We limit the clients for whom we collect and store this type of personal information, and how long we store this information for.

How we store and protect your personal information: We store personal information vis computer and cloud-based storage facilities and other records, both at our premises and with the assistance of service providers. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. When we no longer need your personal information, we take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify the information.
